Refund Policy

At Pretty & Primped, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when booking services or purchasing products from us.
- Service Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations Outside of 24 Hours: Customers may cancel their appointments and request a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled without the required 24 hours minimum notice, 20% of the treatment price will be taken as a cancellation fee. - Product Purchases
Unopened and Undamaged Products: Products may be eligible for a refund if returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Opened or Damaged Products: We cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase. - Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable. - Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5 days to reflect in your account. - Changes to the Policy
