Refund Policy

At Pretty & Primped, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when booking services or purchasing products from us.

  1. Service Cancellation and Refunds
    Cancellations Outside of 24 Hours: Customers may cancel their appointments and request a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
    Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled without the required 24 hours minimum notice, 20% of the treatment price will be taken as a cancellation fee.
  2. Product Purchases
    Unopened and Undamaged Products: Products may be eligible for a refund if returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
    Opened or Damaged Products: We cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase.
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
  4. Refund Processing
    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5 days to reflect in your account.
  5. Changes to the Policy
    We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Please contact us directly for further clarification or assistance regarding refunds.
